At HilverPeptides, all products are supplied strictly for research and laboratory use only. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using a tracked service.
