• Unopened items in their original, factory-sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• Products that have been stored incorrectly or outside of recommended conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Next Day Delivery

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT/BST), Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and UK public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
• Next day delivery is subject to stock availability and courier capacity.

Packaging

All orders are dispatched in plain, discreet packaging with no external branding to protect your privacy and ensure product integrity during transit.

Tracking
